Supplies
At SEEnergy Timber, we process large diameter,
long Oak (Quercus Robur) and Beech (Fagus Silvatica) logs as well as rare and precious species such as Ash (Fraxinus Angustifolia), Linden Tree (Tilia spp), Hornbeam (Carpinus Betulus), Black Locust (Robinia Pseudoacacia), Walnut (Juglans Regia and Juglans Nigra) and Cherry (Prunus Avium).
Our main suppliers are the government-owned Public Enterprises, locally owned Public Enterprises as well as private owners; most of their forests hold the FSC Chain of Custody Certificate.
We focus on high quality forests such as the Spacva basin in Croatia, which extends over to the Morovic region in Serbia, where our sawmill is located. For beech logs we can rely on the reputation of the Goc Mountain, from where we source approx. 4’500 CBM/year.
We have concluded long-term contracts with most of our bigger suppliers.
